Shipping

We ship across the United States, and we're honest about how your gear travels, because there are two kinds of products in this store:

Brand-name gear (tires, recovery, brand parts)

Ships warehouse-direct from our distributors. No middleman stop at our shop — it goes straight from their racks to your door, which is usually the fastest way to get it. Most warehouse-direct orders leave within 1–2 business days, and you'll get tracking by email the moment a label is created. Oversized items like tires ship ground freight and can take a few extra days in transit.

Gear we fabricate (axle housings, weld kits, brackets)

Built to order in our shop. A housing gets welded for your rig — your width, your diff location, your weld type — which takes real fab time. Current lead times are listed on each product page; when you order, we'll confirm your build slot by email. If you're on a deadline for a build or a race, talk to us first and we'll tell you straight whether we can hit it.

Returns

Brand-name gear

Unused, uninstalled items in original packaging can be returned within 30 days. Contact us first for a return authorization — warehouse-direct items go back to the distributor, and we'll route it right so your refund isn't stuck in limbo. Mounted or driven-on tires can't be returned (every store says this; we mean it).

Built-to-order fabrication

Custom-built items are made for your rig and can't go back on a shelf, so they're not returnable for change-of-mind. If we built it wrong or it shows up damaged, that's on us — document it, contact us, and we'll make it right. Manufacturing defects are covered under our warranty.

Wrong part ordered?

It happens — fitment is exactly why we push the vehicle finder and answer questions before you buy. If something doesn't fit, contact us before installing anything and we'll sort out an exchange.
