24-Bolt Beadlock Ring Spacer / Anti-Coning Ring

Aluminum beadlock ring spacer designed to help compensate for thicker tire bead bundles and reduce beadlock ring coning during installation.

These spacers are designed specifically for Battle Born Wheels 24-bolt beadlock wheels. They may also work with other 24-bolt beadlock wheel designs, depending on bolt pattern, ring dimensions, and wheel construction. Modification may be required for non-Battle Born Wheels applications.

Laser cut from aluminum in the USA, these spacers provide a simple solution for tire and wheel combinations where a thick tire bead bundle creates excessive spacing beneath the beadlock ring.

When Is a Spacer Needed?

On Battle Born Wheels beadlock wheels, a spacer is typically not required for tire bead bundles measuring approximately 0.750" thick or less.

As tire bead thickness approaches 1.00", a spacer is generally required to properly compensate for the additional bead thickness and help prevent excessive beadlock ring coning.

Tire bead bundle thickness varies by tire manufacturer, model, and tire size. We recommend measuring the tire bead bundle before installation if you are unsure.
