The 4XNation TOY60 is a heavy-duty Toyota front axle housing built for solid-axle-swap Toyota trucks and 4Runners. It combines a high-pinion Dana 60 center section with Toyota-friendly axle-end options for builders who want Dana 60 strength while retaining Toyota-oriented fitment.

Designed for Toyota solid axle swap (SAS) projects, rock crawlers, trail rigs, and overland builds, the TOY60 is an option for Toyota Pickup, 4Runner, Tacoma SAS, and other custom Toyota 4x4 applications where strength, clearance, and serviceable drivetrain components matter.

Toyota SAS & Off-Road Applications

The TOY60 is intended for custom Toyota 4x4 axle and solid axle conversion builds where a standard Toyota 8-inch differential may not meet the builder’s strength requirements. Depending on the selected configuration, it can be incorporated into Toyota Pickup, Toyota 4Runner, Tacoma SAS, rock-crawling, and other custom off-road projects.

High-Pinion Dana 60 Center

The high-pinion Dana 60 center provides a large ring-and-pinion platform and can help improve driveshaft positioning in custom solid-axle builds. The TOY60 is sold as a housing, allowing the builder to select the appropriate gearing, differential or locker, axle shafts, and related components for the application.

Heavy-Duty DOM Axle Tubes

The housing uses 3.5-inch OD, .375-inch wall DOM tubing for a strong foundation in demanding off-road builds. The bare-housing format also gives fabricators flexibility when locating spring perches or link brackets for a specific vehicle and suspension design.
