Description

Built for Toyota 4Runners, pickups, Tacoma (SAS), and hardcore crawlers who are tired of breaking 8″ diffs. Dana 60 strength. Toyota DNA. Overkill on purpose.

High-Pinion Dana 60 Center (10″ Ring Gear)

Big-boy gears for Toyota guys. High-pinion Dana 60 center with ~10″ ring gear = way stronger than the stock 8″ diff. Handles big tires and big torque without blowing teeth. High-pinion design keeps your driveshaft tucked for more clearance. You choose gears & locker (housing only).

3.5″ x 3/8″ DOM Tubes

3.5″ OD, .375″ wall DOM – same beef used in comp buggies. Won’t bend, won’t cry on rocks. Forget tweaking tubes mid-trail.

Chromoly FJ80 Knuckle Balls

Welded-on 4130 chromoly FJ80 knuckle balls = Toyota steering feel with Dana 60 strength. 6-bolt high-steer pattern (4 Dana-size studs + 2 bolts) crushes old 4-stud Toyota setups. Run chromoly birfs or RCVs for crazy steering angles & torque. (Knuckles/arms not included.)

Toyota 6-Lug & Brakes Stay

Toyota wheels & brakes bolt right up. FJ80 spindles, hubs, and calipers fit, so no ugly 8-lug swap or sketchy brake hacks. Dana 60 guts + Toyota ends = best of both worlds.

30-Spline Shaft Ready

Built for 30-spline Dana 60 inners – same size as one-ton shafts, matched to Toyota’s 30-spline birfield upgrades. Pair it with 30/30 chromoly birfs and you’ve erased the weak links.

FJ80 Width Stock Width – Toyota Friendly

Set to FJ80 WMS (~63.3″) – ~8″ wider than stock mini-truck axles = stable stance for 37s/40s. Passenger-drop to match Toyota t-cases. Bare housing – weld your own perches or link brackets.
