Defects or Shipping Damage
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged product and packaging
If we confirm a manufacturing or shipping issue, we will work with you to repair or replace the item at our discretion.
Cancellations
Once your order is placed, production begins immediately. Orders cannot be canceled or modified once confirmed.
